Online Adult Mindfulness & Meditation Classes
A place for adults to unwind and connect to their zen. Each class runs for 30 minutes and consists of accessible mindfulness and meditation techniques.
Kalpana runs these classes with the intention of supporting clients with various level of mindfulness and meditation experience. Including beginners!
Clients have the option of joining in video and/or audio live via zoom. It is a safe and supportive space.
Classes run Sunday nights 9pm per term.
